Knitter's Review
February 13, 2003

budding bulbNo matter what I do, my timing is always dreadfully off. I never succumbed to the bulky novelty-yarn scarf trend until this week, at a time when many are proclaiming the trend dead in the water.

New This Week
Imagine a fur coat and diamonds, only more politically correct and less expensive. That's the impact of this furry yet sparkly specialty yarn. Read more.

In the Boutique
What lives in our Just for Fun section, you ask? Pencils, notepads, mugs, and more. Take a look!

In the Forums
If you knit a test swatch of every yarn you want to use, you'll end up with quite a few swatches on your hands. What can you do with them? Learn some creative uses for these leftover swatches.

February Treat
In honor of Valentine's day, I'll pick one lucky newsletter subscriber to win a dozen long-stemmed roses. Stay subscribed and you could win.

As always, thank you for your readership. Happy knitting, and I'll see you in the forums!
