Honoring Susan Gordon Lydon
We are saddened to note that Susan Gordon Lydon passed away on July 15 after a long battle with cancer. Author of The Knitting Sutra and Knitting Heaven and Earth (published just last month), she was also a founding editor of Rolling Stone Magazine and a contributor to the Village Voice, the New York Times Magazine, and The New York Daily News. She was one of the first writers to explore the connection between knitting and spirituality, and she will be deeply missed. Read her full obituary.
