Ordering
You can order from the Knitter's Review Boutique in two ways. The most convenient method is to browse the Knitter's Boutique catalog online, add desired items to your shopping cart, and then select "checkout."
You'll be given two payment options:
- Pay online by credit card using PayPal.
- Send payment by mail. Simply print out your order receipt and send a check or money order (in U.S. funds) payable to Knitter's Review to

We're a very small operation (1.5 people) and our efforts span not only this boutique but also the Knitter's Review Newsletter and the Knitter's Review Forums. For this reason, we are not able to accept phone orders, and we are only able to ship your orders on Mondays and Saturdays. We realize that such a timeframe can be frustrating in this day of same-day service, and I'd like to personally thank you very much for your understanding and support.
Orders are shipped to U.S. addresses via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail and should arrive within 3 to 7 working days of shipment.
International orders are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Air Mail. We'll notify you of the actual shipping rates prior to shipment and refund any excess shipping charges at that time.
After 10 working days, any unpaid orders are automatically cancelled.
Returns policy
We want to make your shopping experience as pleasurable and convenient as possible. If you are displeased with any of our items for any reason, simply send them back within 30 days for a full refund of the item's price. We cannot refund shipping charges.
If you receive a damaged item, please email us immediately to arrange a return. We will promptly send you a replacement item or a full refund, whichever you prefer, after you have returned the damaged item. We appreciate your business and deeply regret any inconvenience.
