Posted - 09/13/2011 : 1:03:12 PM Hello - I have just got a second hand KH-836 and have never used a machine before - experienced hand knitter! I have been able to follow online videos to get it set up and threaded up but I am at a loss with the Cast on Combs which the manual show as having hooks to fix to the machine but the pieces don't. I thought maybe they were the wrong pieces but when I looked on ebay for the parts the picture showed them without any wee hooks to attach them. All help appreciated - thanks |

Posted - 09/17/2011 : 1:48:07 PM I never did use a cast on comb to cast onto my machine but did it this way:
http://www.machine-knitting.net/machineknittingnet/how-to-cast-on-and-cast-off/
Maybe because mine is a K930e? There are so many different ones out there.
I hope someone else will pipe up here with cast on comb advice. Best wishes!
Lella
