Greetings, knitters! What are you doing for WWKIPDAY? Since there are no events near where I live, I've been knitting wherever there are a lot of people, even knitting in the Subway Sub Shop inside our local Walmart!

I took my knitting when I went for doctor appointments but they were unusually short waits. So, I didn't get a stitch in. DH just took me home. lol

We tried to think of a way and considered lots of suggestions but in the end with me falling over three times in a week and eventually breaking a foot, D having to go to hospital for an operation and H bunkering down at home til the end of winter, our numbers are depleted. N is recovering still from several operations. That left us R who has been awfully busy lately working shifts, and AM, A and A (2 members of our group have names starting with A and there is also my daughter who is AM) who maybe could have done something but without us they have not gone ahead.

I have 2 events, last Saturday we knitted on the corner outside my LYS, which is on a main downtown street of a small college town. The weather was fine, we had a good time and someone from out of town even made a video of us on his phone. This Saturday I'll be at another town's Farmers' Market all day, which is always fun.

A group of us went to Nordstroms Cafe Sunday for lunch. Good knitting, good friends and good food.
