Posted - 11/09/2007 : 8:44:12 PM So there I am, listening to Knitpicks podcast and opening a package from Amazon. Kelly starts talking about these wonderful two books, Clara's Book of Yarn and Ethnic Knitting Discovery.
I am looking at the box I just opened up and there are the same two books!

Posted - 03/10/2008 : 9:19:03 PM Just listened to Stashn and Burn this weekend. Terrific stuff! And since the podcasters' names are WAY similar to my own daughters' names, it's destiny.

Posted - 03/07/2008 : 5:50:30 PM I have only recently discovered the KnitPicks podcasts, and I am totally hooked. To 'catch up', I started at #1; I have reached 23 now, and I must say, I've enjoyed every single one. She is funny, articulate and has a pleasant, soothing voice. I just relax, sip a cuppa and knit along. Wonderful!

Posted - 03/06/2008 : 07:00:48 AM Knit Picks is one of my favorite podcasts, as is Ready Set Knit. I think they both have a good balance of "advertising" and information. Kelly doesn't usually talk alot about her yarns, but the recent episode where she discussed the new spring lines got me all drooly.
Oh yeah - I really like Stash and Burn, too. Can you tell I'm a knitting podcast junkie?

Posted - 03/03/2008 : 4:51:59 PM I agree with you, Robin. My favorites are Kelley's and Ready Set Knit, too. I did like Vickie Howell's CRL, but she hasn't made a new one since the end of December

Posted - 11/15/2007 : 9:44:47 PM Thanks for the info! I found the podcast, downloaded and listened to it while I was riding my bike trainer! Great info on decreases! I never thought I would become a part of that "pod" anything community. Then my DP wanted an iPod as a birthday gift - now we're BOTH hooked.
I don't know if I want to listen to them all to catch up. Any other recommendations for "don't miss" episodes?

Which podcast was this in? I'm just getting started, and this makes me curious!
