I have just looked up guilds in Kentucky on the "Spin off " website ,there are 8 listed.
One is in Lexington,sorry living in France ,I have no idea where the other 7 are in relation to you 
It may be worth you registering on th site to get the addresses.

I am a little further north in Florence Kentucky and am just learning to spin. I am not very well at it yet though.
