The pullover Clara saw at Vogue Knitting Live appears to be Leaflet 1384 or at least that is what it is called in Canada, by its distributor there. Diamond Yarns is a distributor to many Canadian shops, so this one yarn of the Heaven's Hand line should be easily ordered online from many Canadian retailers.

I thought is was such a nice cable that I checked it out on Cornelia's site (link provided in Clara's review). It is called Montauk Cabled Vest and can be bought from Cornelia or as a download through Ravelry.
