Sabrina, my used book store has a knitting section that always has several Rowan magazines in it. Perhaps there is a used book store near you that does the same?

Still being persistent. I think it might be going for a reprint so here is fingers crossed.
Must admit I don't get Rowan. The value of the wool is far more than the pattern and I want to buy the yarn but only if I can do the project. So obvioulsy I need the pattern. Why don't they just allow an electronic purchase online? - Crazy.
what is the real laugh about this is that I had the magazine in my hands a couple of weeks ago but didn't realise that it was gold dust and as I had aleady blownout on a couple of books I decided not to be extravagant. Kicking myself now. Unfortunatley its a place I cannot get back to
