Posted - 09/02/2012 : 2:47:16 PM My first experience in crocheting yarn with metallic glitter was very unpleasant but I was surprised and pleased with Lion Brand Bonbons "party". It is easy to work with and my crochet hook did not get hung on the strand as I crochet. Another glitter yarn that I'm equally pleased with is Caron's Simply Soft, "Party". It is soft despite the metallic fiber in it.

Posted - 09/07/2012 : 09:50:02 AM Thanks for the recommendation. I'm thinking the Celestine pattern (the knitted three-dimensional star) would be so cool in a glittery yarn!
