I don't know if twisted stitch is included but www.knittinghelp.com has very good videos on most knitting subjects.

Twisted stitch is a super simple stitch. The regular knit stitch looks like an upside down U. In twisted stitch one of the side bars crosses over the other forming an X below the upside down U. To knit it just insert your needle under the opposite bar or side of the stitch than you usually do. In most of the cases this is under the back bar of the stitch. Regular way = from left to right under side of the stitch in the front. Twisted way = from right to left under the side of the stitch in the back.
