We're going to Isle of Palms for vacation this year. Does anyone know of any good knitting/cross stitch shops in the area?

I don't know of any knitting, but I just finished reading the book "Isle of Palms" it was great! It is in paperback now:) I LOVE that area and am going there too in a couple of weeks. My sis lives in Summerville...I'll ask her to check it out!

There is a shop downtown somewhere. I'm sorry that I don't remember the address. There is also a place in Mt. Pleasant off of highway 17, I think! Try Knitting Universe (knittinguniverse.com) for a shop finder. That may help.

Finally - we have a LYS in Charleston SC
at 7 Charlotte Street called KNIT.

Thanks! I'll check out the one on Charlotte Street. I heard from someone else the one in Mt. Pleasant had closed.
