I was watching Gilmore Girls last night, and Lorelai had on a beautiful sweater, white and lacy-ish, just lovely! Did anyone else see it? Know where I could get a pattern? I tried to make mental notes while I was watching, but couldn't get enough detail to try to recreate it entirely on my own!

Hmm . . . I only watched a little bit of GG last night, as I'd already seen the episode. I do vaguely remember a sweater of Lorelai's, but I more remember Sookie's sweater of a leaf-like lace pattern. They were sitting together on Sookie's couch talking about sconces at the time. I think that was the same sweater you are thinking about, because I noticed it first, then got distracted by Sookie's. I'll see if I can find some screen shots of it.

I'm glad you asked that question. I was scoping it out also. My computer won't let me access the sites. But didn't it have bell, or flanged type sleeves? Around the wrist? mwyn

Oh, sorry about those links. I thought they worked earlier. Here's the index page for them. You can see both sweaters in the first three photos in row 3. I can't really tell about the shape of the sleeves, but I would guess that if she was wearing the sweater under a blazer that they would be rather straight. . . .

Ooh, screen shots are cool! If you flip to the NEXT page, you can see the sleeves, while she's on the phone with Rory.

Who knew! I stopped looking after I found her and Sookie together, lol. There is also a photo or two showing the sleeves coming out of her blazer sleeves, so I was wrong again.
