My biggest inspiration: the thought of all the time I wasted in my life in previous years NOT knitting. I am trying to make up for it! I love the feel of yarns, too!

As a fairly new knitter I'd have to say that I'm inspired by complicated patterns. I love trying projects that intimidate me, it's such a rush once I figure it out!
Like everyone else I'm also inspired by beautiful yarn, unfortunately in my city in China the selection is quite poor. There is some wool, but mostly lots of cheap acrylics. When I find wool I like, I stock pile the stuff! My stash is slowly taking over our tiny Chinese apartment:)
