Hi, everyone. I'm interested in hearing from anyone who makes felted baskets and bowls. I've done a few, with fairly good results. I made a small one today using off-white merino, which I dyed after the bowl was felted just to see whether I would like that effect more than that of using pre-dyed wool. I used blue and burgundy, and ended up with a variegated plum. Has anyone tried using roving to make vessels? If so, any advice on how to do it? Would the spinning gals have some info on this?
