Karen, your knitting is beautiful. What a good idea to catalog your work in a photo album- I need to get going and get organized.

Oh, Karen..
Everything is absolutely gorgeous!!! You should be proud. Those sweaters! pocketbooks! hats! shawls! But, does your stash always look so organized? Or did you just straighten it for the photo. I try to organize. It lasts about a week..

Every item in those photos is beautiful, Karen! I'm with Dorene--how did you get your stash to look so well organized? I'd leave the doors of that armoire open just to display all of the fiber-y goodness.

And your summer slip-stitch tote is just amazing! Where did you get the custom label shown in the photo? Thanks so much for sharing your album!

I'm personally smitten with the cable socks. Lovely. And your lace work, too. Very inspirational!

Your work is just lovely. It's great you've taken the time to document it.

Of course I tidied up my stash for the photo shoot! But since it's mostly larger lots of yarn for specific projects, it's not rooted around in very much and so stays pretty orderly. I can't leave the armoire doors open to display all the loveliness inside, because my cats (3) will nest in the baskets.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. Gibsongirl, I got my personalized tags from Charm Woven Labels. They have a huge selection of sizes and styles and the labels are quite reasonably priced. Here's the link: http://www.charmwoven.com

lovely! Your talent is inspiring :)

Now, I know I've seen that knitcushion pattern, and afer seeing how lovely yours is with all the tools, I have to knit one. Can you remind me what pattern it is?

Beautiful things...
And I agree with turtlemama... could you tell us where the knit cushion pattern is?

Edit: I found it!

Mmmmm, I think I will try and put one together myself.

I just want to add my agreement to all of the above. What a lovely site and your knitting is gorgeous. My favorite was the little sweater.

Lovely work, Karen. Is your Market Bag the one that uses the linen yarn?

Clover: The knitcushion is just bands of garter stitch, sewn together along the short side and folded in half lengthwise to make tubes of increasingly larger diameter. Feel free to PM me if you need assistance.

Dicksie: The IK Market Bag called for hemp, but after I read about how hard on the hands that fiber can be, I made mine in crochet cotton. You may be thinking of the Euroflax pattern.

Thanks Karen, I think it is the Euroflax pattern.
