Does anyone have a pattern for a hot watter bottle cover similar to what was in In Style last month? They were plain turtle neck style but with great designs on them. I know there was a cabled version in Interweave (I think!) but I liked the plain version better. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks!

I found this site online for you: http://www.knitpicks.com/projects/projects_home.asp?WCI=Project_Display&projID=50093201&yarnRank=1. HOWEVER, I also found another site where someone pointed out that if you bought the brand and amount of yarn this pattern calls for, you'd be making a very pricey $40 hot water bottle cover! Anyhoo, I thought this was pretty and wanted to pass it on. Have never knit it; I just went asearchin' for ya' because I like looking stuff up on the Net!

You may want to check out this blog:
http://alison.hansels.net/blueblog/. Alison just finished making 2 hot water bottle covers and has pictures posted on her site. They're really cute. I'm sure she can tell you where she got the pattern.

Thank you both so much!! I really appreciate your time and effort - great links and with photos! My favorite!
I agree the first could get expensive but I've been known to substitute yarn a time or two!
Thanks again - sks

I might be wrong but I think there's one in Knitted Accents for the Home by Erika Knight.

Check the Knitter's Review archives. Someone on this list made a lot of them for gifts last year and she may even have posted her pattern. It shouldln't be too hard to figure out, make a small turleneck, knit in the round in the size that goes around the bottle and then use some means to close off the end, like buttons or just a drawstring.
