I've placed several orders with Colormartuk (using the BIN on eBay) for both their cashmere and their Rowanspun. Customer support was excellent, shipping was cheap and prompt, their products were a good value, and i have never been charged a custom's fee. That may have had to do with the amount of my orders (under $100 each time). If you are concerned about Custom's charges, email the seller and ask. I'm guessing you will get a prompt and accurate answer.
