Hi --
I finally got my samples from artfibers! Wow! They were all great fun to knit. I think my favorite is Toto (a handpainted Chenille) and Mystic (a mohair/silk blend). Does anyone one if there are actual pictures of the sweaters made from artfibers patterns? The sketches are nice, but it's hard to picture whatthe finished product will look like. I know it's hard because they have changing inventory and so the yarn will be different, but it would still be nice to see something real.

Oooh, dontcha just love Art Fibers? I bought some Toto from them as well as Nanook & Sanskrit. I liked every single sample I knitted with so it was a TOUGH decision!
I think their newsletter has pics of FOs made of their yarns. You can always e-mail them and ask. They are a friendly group of knitters

THANK YOU FOR THE ARTFIBERS SITE. JUST WENT TO LOOK
AT IT. WOW, REALLY NICE STUFF & THE PRICES SEEM
REASONABLE TOO. I'VE BOOKMARKED IT AND WILL KEEP
IT IN MIND AFTER I FINISH MY AFGHAN AND SWEATER.
JUST SEEMS LIKE I CAN'T KNIT FAST ENOUGH. THERE
ARE SO MANY YARNS I WANT TO TRY. SO MANY YARNS....

Perhaps one of you could respond to PJ under the topic, "Yarn" on this forum...She writes she had to return some ArtFibers stuff...  I couldn't help her, as I've no experience with it. Gotta check out that website!

I quit after looking at the new mohair/merino blend. It's too expensive for me, esp. in $$ CDN...(sigh)
