I'm looking for 12" size 11 circular needles, and can't seem to find any anywhere, even online. Wondering if anyone has any and where they found them - I'm trying to use them for a hat, and I tried using DPNs instead but the joins look sloppy and the circulars would be so much easier. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I have the Boye needle kit. The kit allows me to use diffent legnth cables with all size needles. I was able to get it for only $25 on ebay just a few weeks ago and it worked well for the two hats I've made so far. You could also try using two circular needles to knit in the round. You'd have to buy two circulars but it wouldn't matter if they were longer than 12". I learned this method from here: http://www.knittinghelp.com/knitting/advanced_techniques/
