I love this stuff! I bought 3 balls of it at 20% off on Black Friday, mostly because I liked the color (lime) and it seemed pretty soft. I finished my latest moebius with it 2 days ago, using only 1 ball plus some.
At first, I thought it might be a little too loosey-goosey -- I had used size 10 needles, and probably I should have used 9s or even 8s. So I fulled it a bit last night -- just washed it in Eucalan, and threw it in the dryer.
It's FANTASTIC! It's still unbelievably soft and delicious, and the stitches have tightened up enough to be exactly what I was looking for. I think I may need to make a panta out of it to go with my moeb! And I'm plotting other uses, too! Maybe a Best Friend Jacket?
I wish they had other good colors. I'm not wild about pastels (except for chartreuse), unfortunately.
Here's the stats:
# 54% Wool, 24% Nylon, 22% Cotton # 1-3/4 oz, 50 grams, 131.2 yards, 120 meters # 4''= 16 stitches by 21 rows on a size 10 Knitting Needle
$4.99 a ball

I love this yarn too. I used it to make Rachel's spiral scarf. Because the yarn is soft and light it really spirals. My kids love them.

I cast on 77 stitches and used a size US11 needle and almost all the yarn will be used up.

I just was fingering this a couple days ago and admiring it...so soft! I agree, I wish it came in more colors. But I was thinking it might make good kid stuff - not machine washable, but soft and not too expensive.

I purchased some pink to make an incredibly soft/warm scarf for my daughter at college. See picture on my blog. I wish they had some more interesting colors also, but the price is nice especially if you can use a coupon!

I made a nice scarf from this, too, that turned out well. Lots of cables, and they showed up nicely.

have any of you guys knit anything other than scarves with this yarn? I wonder how it would hold up as a sweater....
