I received my copy of Spin Off Winter 2005 a couple of days ago. There is a really good article by Carole Rhoades in it about drafting for woollen or worsted spindle spinning. I must admit that I hadn't really thought before of changing the method of drafting I use. But then, I must admit that I don't often use my spindle. Maybe I will have to take it out for a whirl today and try out the different methods!

I thought that was a great article. It made it finally click in my head how the drafting styles differ. (That in conjunction with a spinning video I watched!)
