"The Seat of the Soul" by Gary Zukav. I've been reading it about once a year since 1998. It seems new to me each time I pick it up.

that is a great book,
I also liked
'mind reach'
'the nature of personal reality'
'a whack on the side of the head'

( I read a weird mix of books.....)

I bought the book years ago....but couldn't get into it. I find self help books VERY boring and can honestly say I've never made it through...cover to cover...of any of them. I've bought a bunch of them...I keep hoping to find that magical message that everyone else seems to get.

I read that book few years. I guess I'm not wise enough to have no fears. We know alot of theories to make us happy. Well, knowing it is difference from doing it. I for you can find comfort in it.
