I placed a small order (a tee shirt and some pencils) a few weeks ago and besides being very pleased with the merchandise, I was extremely impressed with the beautiful presentation. The shirt was wrapped in blue tissue with a lovely seal on it and Clara included a handwritten note and some extra goodies in the package. It was elegant and much appreciated.
