Unfortunately, I am no longer in the area. This was my hometown. My mom, brother and son live there now. I will be coming through in March. I just stopped to wish you luck in finding some fellow knitsers. I am recently back into knitting also. Boy, have things changed in the last 25 years. I have been quilting for the last 15 as my hobby. I have a two year old granddaughter now and am making very simple sweaters for her. I have also done a few other simple things for some friends. After reading the info. on yarns not to reuse (homespun by lion brand) they may not be my friends anymore! Good luck again and take care.

I'm in Wichita too!! I would really like to find a good knitter buddy!! (Especially since I'm really stuck on a sock pattern at the moment)
