Hi, I have the following yarn and I'm looking for suggestions for projects:

Plymouth Encore Colorspun DK, and

Filatura Larnarota

If any of you are fans of these two yarns can you share the type of projects or patterns you used? I'm a new knitter and I'm at a lost with these two. I bought a bag of each at Smiley's Manhattan sale last December (05).

p.s. I'm half way to a finished object. Last night I finished the back of one of the man's sweater patterns from Yarn Girls Guide to the Basics. Hurray!!!

I have used Filatura Lanarota twice, 2 tops, one knitted and one crocheted.

I definitely prefer knitting with it as it is a bit splitty and I find knitting it up easier.

I LOVE both Yarn Girl's books! Good for you!
