Hi there Mokey, I meant that seeing that hat on someone on the street would definitely make me do a very fast double take. But I meant in a good way...Whenever I see someone wearing something eccentric with panache, it always makes my day. A sea of Gap T-shirts makes for boring people watching, IMO.
