hi there, i was going to start working on caps for a charity right away but of course something else came up with a more immediate deadline. my sig other's mom sent me a cool easy pattern (wrap with sleeves all in one piece) and 9 !!! balls of yarn to make it with (i'm on ball #3) she's a real sweetie so i'm hoping to finish it by the time she comes out there to visit (which will be in a couple of weeks!), luckily the pattern uses 10.5 needles so it will be easier on my hands and faster to knit. does everyone start with a list of things they are supposed to or want to knit and then get waylaid by something else? I still have several projects waiting impatiently to be started. it seems like i'm constantly getting distracted and it's hard for me to do more than one project at once unless one project (or more) just need a finishing touch of some kind which i of course also waffle over forever!

Oh, I always announce my next 6 projects and then end up working on something completely different! I was all set to make 1)the Persian CArpet Bag from Folk Bags; 2) the Suede knitting tote from Berroco; and 3) a stranded pullover, when I ended up making a hat to donate to the Dulaan project! Now that is done, and I have no idea what I am going to do next. I think the knitting tote. But who knows...

| Sometimes, but I never complain. I do have to be careful not to say yes to everything. I don't have the time, $, or space to store un-started projects. "Set priorities" Whenever I hear or say that I always follow it with "eat dessert first". |

Heee, yes. I have about half a dozen WIPs so when I saw some soft, fuzzy yarn on sale, I just had to have it for a V neck raglan pullover. And of course immediately proceeded to work on it, leaving all the other projects in their bags....
