 Hi everyone. I´me speaking to you from Portugal and I´m trying to buy a 2nd hand knitting machine from a really nice lady, but she doesn´t know if there are still spare parts for her Brother KR830 machine.
Could somebody please help us?

I'm afraid Brother machines ceased production many years ago, and most shops no longer have much at all in the way of spares. Some things are stilll available new - needles, brushes, tools, sponge bars, most typically. However, there is a huge second hand market in knitting machines and parts - just take a look on eBay, for example.
I have a number of Brothers, and I keep an older punchcard model - an 840 - just as spare parts for my more recent models.
Brothers are good machines but you need to be prepared to look internationally for bits & pieces you might need.
