I have ordered spinning fibers from them and been very pleased with both the service and products. I can't vouch for everybody, but that's my two cents.

I bought a bunch of spindle kits for a beginning handspinning class I taught a couple of weeks ago. Service was prompt and she even wrote eto me to check and make sure they got to me, because they went to my address instead of my parents by mistake! (I have packages sent to them b/c they have an enclosed porch where such things can be left, and I do not.)
I put her on my list of recommended vendors on the handout for the class, too.

Wow, that is sooo good to know. They have such pretty stuff! I think I'll probably get some kind of spindle from there, I don't know- I love the Swan one, soo pretty. So much to choose from! Sarah
