I just have to mention the SUPERIOR service that I am getting from this vendor. I emailed them with questions twice before I ordered and both times they got back to me quickly (same day)with terrific answers. Today they bested themselves. I emailed them this morning about a pattern that is enroute to me and much to my surprise I received a phone call from NYKnits and they spent real time with me addressing yardage concerns and giving me helpful suggestions. I love NewYorkKnits.com! I was happy to hear the young man say that they are having a terrific response from the ad placed in the latest KR Newsletter (so it may take a bit longer to receive our orders).
