| I'm having a hard time finding needles size 1 and below. Does anyone know of online sites that would have these? Also in your experience, what kind of needles are best in this size? I have some bamboo size 1 and have broken them after a few times using them. Thanks for any info. |

Are you looking for straights, DPN or circulars? There are many choices depending on what you are wanting ....

Addis makes circulars in some of those sizes and also DPNs.

| Sorry, I'm looking for double points. I didn't know Addi made double point needles. I'll look for them. I've used jkl needles in the past, but I've heard some people have had problems getting their items in a timely manner. Thanks for the info. |

Susan Bates makes a set of sock needles that are aluminum, but come is sizes 000, 00, 0 and 1. Five of each in the set. They're $10 at JoAnn's, but with the 40% coupons, it's quite a bargain.

I tried to order a size 0 long circ from JKL Needles not too long ago, and they were out. It also took them a long time to tell me they were out of them. I was disappointed, so I turned to Elann. Of course, Elann had the needle and the shipping was fast. I'm always glad when I order from them.
Another great place to find smaller needles is Lacis.com which is Berkeley, CA. They have a wonderful selection, but their online catalog is hard to navigate. It's best to call them.
