I searched but didn't find an answer to this question.

What does it mean when someone's name has no stars and " posts" under it? Obviously the person has at least 1 post if I'm seeing this confusing message!

LOL......It means that Clara needs to make an adjustment (notify her by email). This happens a lot when a member is new and Clara hasn't yet had time to check everything out.
