I do this with books as well as knitting: I always have more than one on the go. Right now I am reading: - Cheaper Than Therapy - Annie Modisett;
- Joy, Joy, Why Do I Sing? - stories by Darlene Madott;
- Angels and Demons - essays by Molly Wolf (of KnitLit fame);
- Before We Get Started - a book on writing by Bret Lott;
and - My Brother's Keeper, featuring Detectives Charlie Salter and Bennie Cooperman.

Me too. I just finished Ghost Girl, by Torey Hayden, now I am reading former President Carter's new book which I think is called Our Endangered Values, very interesting so far, and I just started The Five Quarters of the Orange by Joanne Harris, who also wrote Chocolat. Thanks for the suggestions, Marg Chayah in NY |

Not during the holidays but every other time - I'm busy so can keep track of only one book at a time during December - just finished The Ha Ha by Dave King and am starting The Master and Margerita by Bulgakov - Crey (whose studio looks like a hurricane hit it at the moment)

I always have a bunch - usually a "mealtime" book, a "caught out without knitting" book in my bag, and an "at home" book.
Currently: Babycakes, a Tales of the City book by Armistead Maupin The Persian Boy by Mary Renault The Once and Future King by T. H. White

Ohhh - I love Once and Future King but I'm a sucker for anything Arthurian . . . Crey
