Some of you recently sent magnificent donations of yarns and knitting needles. We received boxes today filled with beautiful yarns. I am overwhelmed with your response to my plea for donations and can't thank all of you enough. To those of you who had return addresses on the boxes we have sent notes, but one or two of you didn't and I don't know how to reach you other than this forum. I always knew that knitter's were a generous, warm hearted bunch, but this has really been inspiring.I am proud to identify myself as one.

Donna,

I think one of those boxes without return address was mine - my hubby grabbed the box and ran off to the post office before I had finished with the return info on it. No matter, just glad to hear you got it.

I'm still in the process of sorting through my Mom's stash (since developing Alzheimers, she doesn't knit anymore). When I get another box together I'll send it along to you. Your work sounds terrific and I'm glad I can help.
