I managed to typo my username...should've been Operakatz, but hey, whatever LOL
I've been knitting since I was 3, so about 35 years now...mostly an off-again, on-again knitter until this past year when I discovered sock knitting (I'm Sockaholic in blog-land http://www.sockaholic.blogspot.com), but have found that sock knitting is just my gateway knitting drug...have been doing larger-scale projects as welll..have several (yes several) sweaters on the needles...2 almost done whee!), foraying into fair isle and lace, and just 3 weeks ago took up spinning (wheel came 2 weeks ago [:00])
So I look forward to getting to know folks...

Hi Nancy and welcome!
Your handspun wools are beautiful--you sure got good at spinning quickly! How does you cat like the spinning wheel? What yarn do you like best for knitting socks?
