Where can I obtain a copy of Myrna Stahman's Faroese lace book? I was going to order it from Amazon today, but the site doesn't actually sell it – only used copies.

Myrna distributes the book herself to various knitting related online stores. You can usually find it at most of the online knitting retailers that carry books.
