I just a few minutes wrote this in the "worst nightmare" thread:
Okay, I think I just got a sign I should find another calling. I just bought Green Gable from Zephyrstyle. When I went to download the pattern there was an error with the download, and the download page refused to let me try again! I emailed the designer, but I certainly don't expect to hear back from her on a Friday night. Guess I'll need to start something else!
While I was writing that, only minutes after I emailed them, I received an email from Zephyr Style with the pattern attached. On a Friday night! I am so amazed. I didn't expect anything from them until tomorrow at the earliest, and honestly would not have held it against them if it was Monday. They deserve a weekend, after all. But wow! That's what I call customer support.

I am always amazed when I get outstanding customer service and then I feel sooooooo wonderful. with all this heat lately and folks being cranky.....it's even more amazing

hey vi, the color is called emerald fantasy. It's a bright green (duh) but I like it, it's cheery.
I'm casting on now, want to get it started while I'm fresh. Then it's off to the garage to sort and toss.
Stay cool!

Ths same thing happened to me and I ordered 2 pattens at different times, and it happened both times! And I got a reply from them right away as well, and it was either weekend or late evening.

I love their patterns. They are really easy to follow and the designs are great. I am just knitted Tube Toporini and am about to start on Ms. Marigold. I am looking forward to more of their patterns in the future.

Yes! Nice patterns, glad I caught this one. I liked rusted root and I'd like to see more of their patterns in the future. Funky in a classic way, like they descibe their work. Sue

The designs are cute, but I thought green gable was a horrible pattern. For such a simple pattern it was really poorly written. It was enough to put me off buying another one.

Stevanie here at the shop just finished Green Gable made from some of our plant-dyed yarn - we will put up a photo on the home page of our site tomorrow.
It is gorgeous.
