I fond a small Samsonite bag that my daughter used when she was in high school to carry her walkman on trips on the school bus. It has an outside closed pocket for the various tools, a large zippered inside, with a divider that means I can put my knitting on one side and my billfold on the other (no extra purse). Each side of the divider has pockets, and there are mesh pockets on the inside of each outer side. It has an adjustable shoulder strap and a little hand carry handle. This is just marvelous for those "take-along" projects--socks, dishcloths, short-trip car knitting. And best of all, it was free!
