My college-aged daughter has made a request for knitted mukluks in either colorful fair isle or andean knit style. One does not EVER ignore an actual request for a knitted product, so I am frantically searching for a pattern, but I'm coming up rather empty handed. Any ideas?

If you're on Ravelry, you can download Anne Carol Gilmour's Shorty Cuff Mukluks for free. Vogue sells the pattern for Mags Kandis's pretty Fall Blooms mukluks for $5.

There was a pattern in the winter 2005 IK for mukluks with a fur/fake fur trim at the top edge. It's called Mowat Mukluks.
