What kind of light/lamp does everyone use when working with their knitting machine. Where do you place it? I have a floor lamp that I have placed in all different areas around the machine, but I either get glare or shadows. I tried all different bulbs, daylight, soft light, but nothing is giving me good light. During the day I'm fine, just open all the blinds, but at night I'm having a problem.

Having a bookcase behind my machine table, I was able to attach one of these to one of the shelves, making it easy to adjust it to whatever position is required. light&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&ie=UTF-8&cid=299939921935488718&ei=LBA2TeqjB42usAOPs4itBQ&sa=X&oi=product_catalog_result&ct=result&resnum=2&ved=0CDYQ8wIwAQ#

When we renovated the basement last year we put small halogen lights in the ceiling. Before that DH hung a shop light (4 ft long tubes) light over the machine. It can easily be hung from a couple of hooks.
