These people are first rate. I am not affiliated with them but I feel that kudos should be given when an outfit does what is right.

I purchased a new dye color they introduced and let's face it, there are no iron-clad guarantees that a color will turn out just as it is on the monitor or in their catalogue so sometimes you have to have a sense of humor and an open mind.

However, this time, it was their Dye Guy who messed up. He did the formula wrong and they were told about it by many of us. I botched or thought I did two huge hanks of yarn and was very upset. A very big difference in the tone, depth and color in general and a big disappointment. They contacted all of us who purchased the new color and made it right. I respect that dedication to customer service and wanted to let everyone know you may order dyes and products from these people knowing they stand behind what they do.

Thank you Dharma Trading, you renewed my faith in customer service!
