Ouch on the foot. I sprained my ankle once = knitting and not walking my service dog for three days. But only three days. Nice to "get up on my pins" as grandmother would say. I knit, I read, I sat, I don't want to do it again.

Now vertigo I can relate to having only one ear that works. Hearing and balance are connected (how? Why?) and, luckily, most of the police in this town know us (my dog and me -- she's the only one in that vest in town). We walk all over the place.

Margie and Mimi (my hearing dog who doesn't knit -- yet)
