Hello again: Just a short message to thank you all once again for your kind assistance. Your expertise in all things yarn have led me to my latest purchase, this time from Cottagecraftangora. I bought my wife a blend of angora/qiviut and next month I'll scoop a qiviut, merino, silk & alpaca mix, if I remember right. This yarn stuff can get rather complicated. And since it is Autumn, I think it is time to get her a little more immersed in the joy of knitting so I've begun arrangements to take her to the yarn store so many of you recommended, due south of Montreal. In Vermont I think it was, or perhaps New Hampshire, near the border. A pleasant little overnight in a hotel (still to be researched) and a day of yarn gathering plus a gentle tour through the Autumn hills of Vermont that just may provide inspiration when she decides which colours to buy. Time to research some hotels and restaurants for a mid-week excursion ... all because of this lovely group. Thank you again and perhaps we'll see some of you there. Should be anytime after the 22nd of this month. Can anyone recommend a restaurant in the vicinity of the yarn shop you mentioned last year?

OOps! I forgot to mention the name of the knitting place I think was called Webs. It is, as I understand it, close to Dyakcraft, where I bought and she has since purchased more of those delightfully coloured needles. Perhaps she will want to venture there as well.
