I started teaching a Beginner's Crochet Class in our local community. Although, the attendance is small(8 people), I am very pleased with it. Small group is ideal for beginners because, the ones that have no prior knowledge of crochet require one-on-one tutoring. This class ended last week and I'm thinking of starting another this coming Spring. I really enjoyed meeting and interacting with these especial group of ladies who took time during their lunch break to learn something new. There was a left-handed lady in my class that I have a little bit of difficulty demonstrating the basic technique, because I'm a right handed person, but she learned ok with further coaching, crochet pamphlet and internet. She said she could have not learned it though by watching video tutorial so she appreciates that I started this class. I thought I'd share it with you all :)!
