I have about 22.5 yards of a brown/orangey/reddish novelty yarn. It's one main strand with approximately inch-long pieces of yarn coming out of it. I can't post a picture because I don't have a good website to do that with yet. (I may join photobucket or something like that later.)I can't find it online because I didn't buy it, and I got it with no tags, so I don't know what brand it is.
I have no idea what I should make with it. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks a lot! |

Sorry the picture is so big. Photobucket newbie here--the site said it would be resized, but I guess it didn't get resized enough. Also, the yarn is a little more orangey than it is in the picture. |

| You could use it for mitten cuffs or the edge of a hat or ends of a scarf. |

Hmm...that's a good idea. However, I'd have to get some yarn that matched with it and I'm not allowed to buy more yarn until I've about halved my current stash! |

| You could use it as a contrasting yarn if you have any black or dark brown or reddish orange yarn in your stash. Or maybe a variegated novelty with shades of the fringey yarn. It is a cool looking yarn. |

I have no idea...my aunt in Canada mailed it to me for my birthday without a label or anything. However, she might have gotten it in Spain. Sorry!
--------------- I'm currently working on a pair of Fair Isle mittens. After that I'm going to make a different pair of mittens, a scarf, and three pairs of socks. |

Sorry, somehow I missed this post earlier. No yarn like that in my stash.

this is what you do, put this yarn up for now use up half your stash then get a nice contrasting yarn to go with this for whatever project you decide. I am currently trying to use up my stash. My DH keeps almost finding it and I am running out of places to hide it, but dang it I can say no to puppies or yarn!
