Hi there, I have came back to knitting after a few years away and I am now remembering just how relaxing and satisfying it can be. I mainly knit small items or baby things, and like to work on several things at once, depending on how much time I have. Looking forward to joining in and having a chat. |

Scotgirl, most knitters have several projects on the needles! You're in good company here in the forums, so welcome to the KF!

Keep on knitting! The more, the merrier! A balanced diet is a peanut butter cookie in each hand! |

Computers make the world small, don't they?? I'm 3,000 miles (about 4,800 km) from Minh, two above me. I have ancestors from four hundred years ago in Scotland. No, don't know where.

Hi Scotgirl. Welcome from Australia. Well really you all think you live in different places but you are all really hiding in my computer!!! I have scottish ancesters too. Poor old Jimmy Munro was an habitual thief. He nicked a yellow silk handkerchief, a shirt, a six pence, some socks and eventually a tweed coat and hat for which he was deported for 10 years. What we wonder is why didn't he nick some pants so our mental image of him is halfway decent.
I knit a hug into every stitch |
