Just went to a Yarn Crawl last Saturday and one of many items I picked up along the way was a bottle of Kookaburra. Has anyone tried this brand and how does it compare to Eucalan wash?

I just finished a woolen cowl which is kind of rough and I would like to give it a quick rinse to hopefully soften it a little. Any suggestions?

I add hair conditioner to final rinse to soften yarn.

Thanks for the helpful hint. Never thought of conditioner, I'll give it a try.

I've used both Eucalan and Kookaburra. Frankly, I can't tell much difference.
