hi there,
i heard a horror story about a felted flower (I assume it was probably needle felted) which basically turned into a blob when it got soaked in the rain.
is there any way to waterproof felt once you finish needle felting a project?

knitted or woven fulled peices are pretty water proof
maybe you need to do wet felting on the base?

either that or make sure it is felted really really tight
and there are rain repellent sprays

( i think I would just wet felt it in the first place)
