| Has anyone knitted any new totes? Looking for a new pattern, I love the French Market bag on Knitty but I have made several of them. Looking for something new to do, love the way the French Market knits up in the round --- any ideas ? |

This is not a new pattern but it's free and it's the one I used for all of my Christmas totes. They turned out great and it's a very good basic pattern. I made some of my totes larger, striped, etc. I knit one of these in a day in Gjestal Naturgarn.

Here are 245 (!!!) felted bag patterns. Some have got to be new to someone!

| I'm doing the French Market bag using size 11 needles, bulky yarn and changing the height and the length of the handles. It's fun to adapt a pattern that you like to fit a certain purpose. CharRube |
